These terms apply when you buy website design, hosting, or maintenance from Prime Local Sites, a trading name of Rouge Wisdom LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. They also govern your use of this website, primelocalsites.com. By ordering our services or paying an invoice, you agree to them. Please read them before you start.
1. What we provide
We design, build, host, and maintain websites for local service businesses. The exact scope of your project — pages, features, and anything extra — is agreed in writing before work begins, by email, proposal, or quote. Anything not listed there is outside the agreed scope and may be quoted separately.
2. Prices, billing, and payment
Our managed website service starts at $49 per month. Larger or more complex projects are quoted individually, and the price is agreed with you before any work starts. Monthly fees are billed in advance and recur until you cancel. Any one-off build or setup fee is due as stated on your invoice. Prices are in US dollars unless your quote says otherwise, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply in your country.
3. Late or failed payment
If a payment fails or an invoice goes unpaid, we will contact you. If it stays unpaid, we may pause work and, after reasonable notice, suspend the website until the account is settled. We will not delete your content during a short suspension, but we cannot keep a site online while it is unpaid.
4. Cancellation
There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by telling us in writing, and the service continues to the end of the current billing month. Monthly fees already paid are not refundable in part. If you cancel, hosting stops at the end of that period; ask us before then if you want a copy of your content.
5. What we need from you
You confirm that anything you send us is yours to use, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, prices, and offers published on your site. If material you supply infringes someone else's rights, you agree to cover any resulting costs or claims against us.
6. Revisions and changes
During the build you can request changes, and we refine the site until it matches what was agreed. Once the site is live, routine updates — prices, hours, photos, service details, small copy edits — are included in your monthly fee. New pages, new features, or a redesign are new work and are quoted before we start.
7. Ownership
Your content stays yours: text, images, logos, and business data. Once your account is paid up to date, the design and pages produced for your business are yours to use for that business. We keep ownership of the underlying tools, templates, code libraries, and systems we use across clients, and we may reference your site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
8. Domains, hosting, and third-party services
Hosting, SSL, backups, and monitoring are included in the monthly fee. Domain registration may be billed separately or handled in your own account, as agreed. Some parts of your site may rely on third-party services such as email delivery, maps, or booking tools; those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
9. Results and availability
We build websites designed to bring in calls, quotes, and bookings, and we structure them so local customers can find you. We cannot promise specific rankings, traffic, or a number of leads — search engines and markets are outside our control. We aim to keep your site online at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use a site we host for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes, or to publish content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend a site that breaches this section.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here applies to your service, and we will tell you in advance about any change that materially affects you.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from them will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
